Security

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. This site uses Secure Sockets Layer technology, which encrypts credit card information sent from our billing form. The payment information is encrypted when sent from the user to the servers and also when ATS, Inc. retrieves the billing form for processing. Payment information is stored on our servers in a hidden, password-protected directory until retrieved. Once retrieved, the information is removed and no longer stored on our server.

All of our security measures are reviewed regularly to ensure a high level of security is maintained.

Retention

ATS will retain personal information for as long as deemed necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and to comply with applicable laws.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

• ATS reserves the right to update or change this policy at anytime without notice.
