Application Submission Package

The following is a checklist that you can use when assembling your application package for submission to a police service:
· Cover letter
· Application – Position of Police Constable/Cadet
· Photocopy of your O.A.C.P. Certificate of Results
· Consent and Release of Liability Form

ATS will include an “Application – Position of Police Constable/Cadet” and “Consent and Release of Liability Form” when forwarding your O.A.C.P. Certificate of Results.

Note: Some police services may require the applicant to complete a specific application form. It is the responsibility of the applicant to check with the individual police service prior to submitting the application package.
