The total testing fee is required with your registration to process your application. Registration will not be processed until payment is received in the ATS office.

Payments can be made with Visa, MasterCard, Certified Cheque or Money Order (payable to ATS Inc.). PERSONAL CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

To Reschedule Online (use this option if you wish to cancel an existing registration and select a new test date) : Click Here - A $25 processing fee is required. Payment accepted via Credit Card, Certified Cheque or Money Order (secured transactions).

Note: With the above links you will be required to read and submit an "Authorization for Release of Information" form before you can proceed to register/reschedule online.

To Register by Fax: Click Here - You will be required to complete an "Authorization for Release of Information" form prior to printing a Registration Form (PDF).  Please complete the form and fax to ATS (519) 659-8757.


To Register by Mail: Click Here - You will be required to complete an "Authorization for Release of Information" form prior to printing a Registration Form (PDF).  Please complete and mail with payment to:

Once your registration is complete, a comprehensive confirmation package will be forwarded to you including a Confirmation Letter, Candidate Preparation Manual (study guide), with location and map.
